Welcome to Authentic Vibes Only. The goal and focal point of A.V.O is very simply, Be You, For You, as your authentic self. So what does that mean? Let me explain the brand and meaning.

The spiral logo stems from ancient times and I made it into my own and created a new version of the spiral for our logo. See Below:

The spiral is one of the most ancient and enduring symbols, representing the winding journeys we take inward if we're to truly and love ourselves. 

I add to that meaning of the ancient spiral with my version of the spiral. Our spiral and brand provide that, Authentic Vibes Only is the never ending journey of finding your authentic self and to Be You, For You. The journey of becoming authentic is never ending and that is why the spiral is the epitome of that. The spiral as shown, seems to never end, but along this never ending journey we continue to return to ourselves even in hardship. And protect ourselves by not worrying or carrying about others opinions on us, but doing the things we like and enjoy regardless of what that is and what society says. We will endure so many challenges and obstacles throughout this journey, but this is the most beautiful journey there is, finding our Authentic Self.. We will never be our 100% full authentic selves because the journey never ends and we change every second of every minute of every hour and every day, but you are also your 100% your authentic self by joining the never ending journey to be you, for you. 

I am embracing what Authentic Vibes Only means to me as your Brand Founder and Owner. I went thru a very dark time in my life, as I struggle with depression and anxiety. (Listen to our podcast to hear the full story on my mental health journey and how it continues) But after this I had to take a look in the mirror because I had no clue who I was at all. I was unsure of what hobbies I liked, what I wanted to do with my life and what kind of person I wanted to be. My mental health was detrimental and I even thought about ending my life at one point. I was so tired of everything. Society placing these restraints on me, or people telling me who I was and what I could become in life. The world and everyone around you will always tell you who they want you to be, but you have to join this journey to find out who you are and who you want to be. The authentic vibes only journey. And it is never ending each day I change and evolve into a newer and better version of myself. My girlfriend, family, friends, and dog are my some of biggest inspirations. But never forget this journey will never work if you don't want to better yourself for you.
